An afternoon of authentic flavours, hands-on cooking, and traditions passed down through generations. The Agritur da Perotin cooking class is a unique experience to discover Trentino cuisine from the inside — guided by Francesco, who grew up in this kitchen.

🥟  What you’ll cook

Every class includes the preparation of canederli — the iconic dish of Trentino — and a seasonal second course, chosen based on fresh, local produce available that day. No shortcuts: real ingredients, real recipes, real results.

Your guide will be Francesco, co-owner of Agritur da Perotin alongside his brother Nicola. He grew up in this kitchen, and during the class he’ll share not just the recipes, but the tricks, the stories, and the family secrets that make these dishes truly special.

🥂  Aperitivo while you wait

While your dishes are cooking, enjoy an aperitivo with local traditional products. A moment to relax, chat, and soak up the atmosphere of the farm before sitting down to eat.

🍽️  Dinner with what you cooked

The best part: sitting down to eat what you made with your own hands. A full dinner with the dishes prepared during the class, drinks included. Buon appetito.
